Please read these terms carefully before using the acs365 platform. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and acs365 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the acs365 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at acs365.ws.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the acs365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
acs365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the acs365 platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration
The acs365 platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. acs365 operates a strict age-verification process and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method after deduction of applicable fees.
To register an acs365 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to promptly notify acs365 of any changes to your registration details. acs365 reserves the right to reject any registration application without explanation.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active acs365 account. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing account restrictions, claiming bonuses more than once, or avoiding self-exclusion measures — is strictly prohibited. acs365 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at acs365's sole discretion.
acs365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account restriction.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acs365 username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. All activity carried out under your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
- You must not share your acs365 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must not permit any other individual to access or use your acs365 account, including family members residing at the same address.
- You must notify acs365 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- acs365 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from acs365 requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
- acs365 recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, available free of charge from your account security settings.
- acs365 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
acs365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary by player location and account verification status. acs365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit at acs365 is ৳100 BDT. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made on your behalf by another individual — are strictly prohibited. acs365 reserves the right to return funds received from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name and to suspend the account pending investigation. Deposits are generally credited to your acs365 wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. acs365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
The primary operating currency of the acs365 platform for Bangladesh players is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, bonus amounts, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated. Where a game is provided by a third-party studio in a different currency, acs365 will apply a live exchange rate conversion at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate differences are not grounds for a withdrawal dispute.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
acs365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players with fully verified acs365 accounts who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each offer. New member bonuses are available only once per player, household, device, and IP address.
- Bonus abuse: acs365 prohibits the use of any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies, hedging bets across multiple outcomes, and the use of automated betting tools. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account suspension.
- Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from the account at expiry without compensation.
- Modification: acs365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except in cases of system error or bonus abuse.
- Maximum withdrawal: Certain promotions may carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, if applicable, will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the acs365 platform are subject to the general betting rules published on the platform and any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. acs365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the decision of acs365 is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Clause 10.
Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and all other sports — are governed by the rules of the relevant sporting body as well as acs365's own trading rules. Live in-play bets are accepted at acs365's discretion. The Platform reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time and to apply maximum bet limits to any market, player, or event without prior notice.
All casino games — including live tables, slot titles, crash games, and fish shooting rooms — are provided by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. These games are subject to the rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) configurations of the respective studio. acs365 does not control the outcome of third-party games but is responsible for the accurate crediting of winnings to player accounts.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game or bet, acs365 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. acs365 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors that are beyond our reasonable control. Winnings obtained as a direct result of a technical error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acs365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits or exploit promotions.
- Money laundering: Using the acs365 platform to launder funds of illegal origin. acs365 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in respect of suspected money laundering activity.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences across markets or platforms using acs365's promotions as part of a risk-free arbitrage strategy.
- Abuse of platform vulnerabilities: Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the acs365 platform or its games to obtain an unfair advantage. Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to acs365 support immediately.
- Underage gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to the acs365 platform by any person under the age of 21, including sharing your account credentials with a minor.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform.
8. Responsible Gaming
acs365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your account settings at any time.
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.
- Session time limits: Configure automatic session time reminders and hard session-end cutoffs.
- Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month beyond which acs365 will not accept further bets.
- Self-exclusion: Request temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality checks: Enable periodic in-session notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and funds wagered during the current session.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the acs365 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game assets, software, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of acs365 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the acs365 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any acs365 content without our express written consent. Unauthorised use of acs365 intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the acs365 platform, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your username, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant transaction or game round references.
Complaints can be submitted by emailing our support address (displayed as plain text in the footer of this page). acs365's decision on any complaint, once all available information has been considered, is final and binding. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation in connection with any complaint.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acs365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
acs365's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their acs365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
acs365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk. acs365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the acs365 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. acs365 makes no representation that the services described on this platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of those in which the Platform operates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Amendments to These Terms
acs365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at acs365.ws/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the acs365 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via our support team.
